Our comprehensive test reports include all the data required (and some more) to help you fix all possible issues with your products and make them more competitive.
The laboratory that measures and the body that certifies are both independently accredited by the Cyprus Accreditation Body. Our results are not self-declared. Testing accreditation (L152) covers noise, power supply efficiency and performance, conducted emissions and fan aerodynamic performance; certification accreditation (C010) covers ETA and LAMBDA for power supplies and multimedia IT equipment, and PHI for cooling fans. Conducted emissions (EMI) is measured on every power supply we test and reported within the ETA scheme; it is not a separate certification. Other Cybenetics evaluations fall outside both.

Through our testing, we don’t only classify the products, according to their efficiency, noise, or performance, but we also try to find ways to improve them, so we go one step above certifying the products, by making suggestions to the respective manufacturers and brands on how they could improve them. We are also always trying to perfect and improve our methodologies, come up with new ideas, and expand to new categories while keeping our services at the highest possible levels.

The testing accreditation covers airborne noise, power supply efficiency and performance, conducted emissions, and fan aerodynamic performance; the certification accreditation covers the ETA and LAMBDA certification of power supply units and multimedia IT equipment, and the PHI certification of cooling fans. Other Cybenetics evaluations and documents listed on this site fall outside those accredited scopes.

The Phi Fan Performance Standard, or PFPS in short, includes 120mm and 135-140mm fans, but with different requirements for each level. The requirements are set for airflow and static pressure since these two are the key performance factors for each fan.
